How to Report
Option 1
In-App (Fastest)
- Go to the profile, message, or content
- Tap the three-dot menu or Report button
- Select the reason for your report
- Add any additional details
- Submit
Option 2
Send to safety@galerieminuit.com with:
- Your username
- Their username
- What happened
- Screenshots (if safe)
- When it happened
Option 3
Anonymous
Email safety@galerieminuit.com from any address. Note that anonymous reports may limit our ability to follow up, but we will still investigate.
What to Report
| Category | Examples |

| Harassment | Repeated unwanted messages, threats, intimidation, stalking |
| Non-consensual content | Images or videos shared without consent ("revenge porn") |
| Underage concerns | Any suspicion that a user may be under 18 |
| Impersonation | Someone using your photos or pretending to be you |
| Spam or scams | Fake profiles, financial scams, phishing |
| Discrimination | Hate speech, racial abuse, disability discrimination |
| Threats | Threats of violence, doxxing, blackmail |
What Happens After You Report
Acknowledgement You'll receive confirmation that your report has been received
Review Urgent reports (CSAM, threats, NCII): 24 hours. Standard: 48 hours.
Action Warning, content removal, suspension, termination, or law enforcement referral
Follow-up We notify you of the outcome where appropriate
Emergency Situations
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact emergency services first.

Specific Reporting Guides
Non-Consensual Intimate Images (NCII)
- Report it to us immediately — we will remove the content as a priority
- Do not confront the person — let us handle it
- Preserve evidence — take screenshots before removal
- Report to law enforcement — NCII sharing is a criminal offence

Suspected Underage Users
- Do not interact with them
- Report immediately via in-app or email
- We investigate, terminate, and report to authorities
Blackmail or Extortion
- Do not pay — paying leads to further demands
- Report to us — we terminate the account
- Report to police and preserve evidence
Our Commitment
- Every report is reviewed by a human member of our safety team

- We never reveal the identity of the reporter
- We cooperate with law enforcement where required
- Zero tolerance for content depicting minors
