All users must be adults. During onboarding we route you through the available age-verification methods for your region and store only the verification outcome needed to operate the platform safely.

Yes. During onboarding, you can select "Couple" as your account type. Both partners should be aware of and consent to the account being created.

Only registered, age-verified members can see your profile. Your profile is not visible to search engines or non-members. You can further control visibility in Settings → Privacy.

We take privacy seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We are fully GDPR compliant. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Go to Settings → Privacy → Export My Data. We'll generate a JSON file with all your personal data, which will be available for download for 7 days. This is your right under GDPR Article 20.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your profile, photos, and data will be removed within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer for legal compliance (e.g., payment records for 7 years).

No. All member profiles are behind authentication. Search engines cannot index member profiles, photos, or conversations.

Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) on any profile, message, or piece of content and select "Report". You can also email safety@galerieminuit.com. See our Report Abuse page for detailed guidance.

Go to their profile and tap "Block". They will no longer be able to see your profile, send you messages, or interact with you in any way. You can manage blocked users in Settings → Blocked.

Your report is reviewed by our safety team — urgent reports within 24 hours, standard reports within 48 hours. We take action based on severity, from warnings to permanent bans. Your identity is never revealed to the reported person.

Visit the Supporter page or go to Settings → Subscription. Payments are processed securely through CCBill.

Go to Settings → Subscription and click "Cancel". Your premium access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Charges appear as a CCBill descriptor — not "Galerie Minuit". The exact descriptor will be shown before you complete payment. We understand discretion matters.

We offer a 14-day full refund on Supporter memberships, no questions asked. If you believe you've been incorrectly charged, contact billing@galerieminuit.com within 30 days.

Clubs are venue-based communities, often representing real-world lifestyle clubs or venues. Club owners can manage their presence on the platform and connect with members.

Groups are community spaces organised around shared interests, locations, or topics. Any member can create a group. Groups can be public or private.

Community boards are topic-based discussion areas for open conversation, local advice, and lifestyle questions.
