Yes. Free membership includes core browsing, groups, events, and replies. Supporter access adds protected content, unlimited browsing, and community perks. Annual Supporter is £45/year.

Yes. During onboarding, select "Couple" as your account type. Both partners should be aware of and consent to the account. You can link individual profiles or create a shared couple profile.

Galerie Minuit is available in the UK, EU, and most English-speaking countries. Age verification requirements may vary by region. The platform is designed to be GDPR compliant for EU users.

You must be 18 or older. We require age verification during onboarding. In the UK and EU, we comply with the Online Safety Act 2023 which requires highly effective age assurance for adult content platforms.

Yes. Only registered, age-verified members can see your profile. Your profile is not visible to search engines or non-members. You control your visibility in Settings → Privacy.

No. All member profiles, photos, and conversations are behind authentication. Search engines cannot index any member content. We block crawling of all private routes in our robots.txt.

We take privacy seriously. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We are fully GDPR compliant. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

During onboarding, we route you through available age-verification methods for your region. We store only the verification outcome — not your documents. Methods include facial age estimation, photo ID, and credit card verification depending on your region.

Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) on any profile, message, or content and select "Report". You can also email safety@galerieminuit.com. Reports are reviewed within 24-48 hours.

Go to their profile and tap "Block". They cannot see your profile, send messages, or interact with you. Manage blocked users in Settings → Blocked.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your profile, photos, and data will be removed within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer for legal compliance (e.g., payment records for 7 years).

Go to Settings → Privacy → Export My Data. We generate a JSON file with all your personal data, available for download for 7 days. This is your right under GDPR Article 20.

Charges appear as a discreet CCBill descriptor — not "Galerie Minuit". The exact descriptor is shown before you complete payment. We understand discretion matters.

We offer a 14-day full refund, no questions asked, on Supporter memberships. If you believe you've been incorrectly charged, contact billing@galerieminuit.com within 30 days.

We accept all major credit and debit cards processed securely via CCBill. Your statement will show a discreet billing descriptor.

Clubs are venue-based communities, often representing real-world lifestyle clubs or venues. Club owners can manage their presence on the platform and connect with members.

Groups are community spaces organised around shared interests, locations, or topics. Any member can create a group. Groups can be public or private.

Community boards are topic-based discussion areas for open conversation, local advice, and lifestyle questions.

Meet Today is an availability signal inside For You and Browse filters. It helps you find nearby members who are also open to meeting soon.

The Hotlist lets you bookmark members you're interested in. You can organise bookmarked members into folders for easy access later.

Members can earn verified badges for age and photo verification. Verified profiles appear more prominently in search results. Verification helps you know who you're talking to.

A verified badge means the member has completed additional identity or photo verification beyond the required age check. It's a trust signal, not an endorsement.
