1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Galerie Minuit ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Galerie Minuit. They govern your access to and use of our website, mobile web app, and all associated services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days notice before they take effect.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Platform.

This Platform contains adult content intended exclusively for adults. By creating an account, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are permitted to access adult content under the laws of your jurisdiction
  • You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited

Age Verification

We require age verification during onboarding. You must not misrepresent your age. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately terminated and reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

We employ automated and human content moderation to detect potential violations of our age requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information when creating your account. You must not impersonate another person or create a false identity.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your password confidential
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately at security@galerieminuit.com if you suspect unauthorised access

You must not share your account credentials with anyone else. Each account is for a single individual (or a couple/group as explicitly permitted by account type).

Account Types

We offer individual and couple account types. Verified couple accounts are permitted where both parties have consented.

4. Acceptable Use

Adult Content Rules

Galerie Minuit permits consensual adult content uploaded by verified adult members, subject to the following rules:

  • All persons depicted in photos and videos must be adults (18+) who have consented to the content being shared
  • You must have the right to share any content you upload
  • Content must be legal in the jurisdiction of upload and in the UK/EU

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Upload, share, or distribute any content depicting minors in any sexual or sexualised context — this will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement
  • Upload or share non-consensual intimate images (NCII) of any person
  • Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate other users
  • Use the Platform to solicit payment for sexual services (solicitation/sex work advertising)
  • Impersonate other users, celebrities, or public figures
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect user data from the Platform
  • Attempt to circumvent moderation, age verification, or access controls
  • Upload malware, spam, or fraudulent content
  • Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law

Content Moderation

We use automated tools (NudeNet, Sightengine) and human review to moderate content. We may remove content that violates these rules without prior notice. Serious violations will result in account termination.

5. Content Ownership

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Galerie Minuit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

  • Store, display, and deliver your content to other users as part of the Platform
  • Create thumbnails and optimised versions of media for performance purposes
  • Use anonymised, aggregated data derived from your content to improve moderation systems

This licence terminates when you delete your content or account, subject to any retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.

You Are Responsible for Your Content

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the right to share all content you upload
  • Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Your content complies with these Terms and applicable law

Platform Content

All Platform design, code, branding, and non-user content is owned by Galerie Minuit and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without prior written permission.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

Galerie Minuit offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid features are described on the pricing page and may change from time to time.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by CCBill, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to CCBill's terms of service and privacy policy. Your billing name, address, and payment card details are handled directly by CCBill and are subject to their PCI-DSS compliant systems.

Your statement will show a charge from CCBill or a related descriptor.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on your plan) until cancelled. You authorise us to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable consumer law. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us within 30 days of the charge at billing@galerieminuit.com.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, including special category data under GDPR.

8. Termination

Your Right to Terminate

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your profile and content will be removed from the Platform as described in the Privacy Policy.

Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • We are required to do so by law or court order
  • Your account poses a safety risk to other users
  • Your account has been inactive for more than 24 months

Accounts terminated for serious violations (illegal content, minor-related offences) will be permanently banned and may be reported to law enforcement.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Platform "As Is"

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galerie Minuit shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform
  • Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
  • Conduct of other users

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

User Interactions

We are not responsible for the behaviour of other users. Meeting in person carries inherent risks, and you do so at your own discretion. Always prioritise your personal safety.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
